Together with Gallup-Certified StrengthsFinder Coach Gideon Ren, we were able to share how to use StrengthsFinder to be more self-aware of your greatest contributions and manage your greatest weaknesses. • • Even though I just flew back from LiJiang China a few hours ago and was feeling a little tired, the participants enthusiasm was high and that sparked my energy level to shoot up and deliver high impact. • • We at Strengths School have been doing almost back to back StrengthsFinder workshop this past 2 weeks, hopping from Singapore to Shanghai to HongKong to LiJiang China and back to Singapore again.
