We walk past the rear of the old railway workshop buildings. One of the tracks is still in place. This is all now part of the museum complex at Inveresk.
No detailed informations could be found about a factory "Frederic Schultz" in Mulhausen (Alsace/Elsass, France).
In an industrial exhibitor directory of the Paris World's Fair 1900 a "Schultz, Frederic, Mülhausen i. E." appears as an entry for a company or exhibitor.
I took this slide in February 1977 and restored it and then changed the image and then turned it into a monochrome.
I'm fairly sure that's a Mercedes 1418 in front and it's a Scania 111 to the right nodding at us.
Both the workshop and the car park next to it have long been replaced by housing.

A row of workshops in Shoreditch look a bit neglected, only one was open, a nail bar! At least there was a light on in this one, which hopefully means someone has taken it on and will be opening for business soon ...
What a special weekend!!
Last Sunday I did something pretty unusual - I ran a daytime Light Painting Workshop followed by an Outdoor Workshop. The last and only other time this has happened was when my good friend and fellow Light Painter Denis Smith visited Scotland :)
What an exhilarating day. Thank you to all of last weekend's attendees - it was so lovely meeting up with you all. Great company for a very special day of creativity.

Apparently that word means the warmth of the sun in the winter. As glorious as that feeling is, it pales in comparison to the delight experienced in witnessing this scene. I have lost count of the innumerable times I have stood here and photographed this landscape and yet simply cannot wait to revisit and recapture magical moments like this for as long as I can.
Also wanted to share the good news I have launched a Winter Wonderland workshop for Yosemite National Park.
Gonchary-Kozhemyaki is a tract the center of Kyiv, on the territory of which there is a microdistrict with new low-rise buildings.
Pottery is a historical area. Located along Goncharnaya street. It has been known since the time of Kievan Rus as a settlement of artisan potters (their workshops existed here until the beginning of the 19th century). On Kozhemyaki, between Starokievskaya and Zamkova Gora, lived tanners who were part of the Brotherhood of Craftsmen in their entire shop.
Cute little workshop that was part of the boiler area of an abandoned mill. Went here early 2020 with the mr as per usual haha. Cute little explre.I fudged up the picutre as per usual but it is what it is, :)
Hey everyone! Here's a vig I made the other day for the Wandering Skies contest. Pretty happy with how this one turned out. I also made a small airship for the contest, so be looking for that soon! As I was building this I kinda imagined it as a corner of a workshop where my character builds his ship, so I included a few bits that will be included on the airship in this build.
