Madelia, a Gallup-Certified StrengthsFinder Coach, shared with the student leaders about her own experiences when she was once a Head Prefect Councillor. I can tell that the students could see her passion for transforming their lives, especially during smaller group discussions where she starts to coach them on a their unique strengths. • • I'm impressed by Madelia's ability to lead the student group with high levels of student engagement. The teacher in-charge liked how we conducted the workshop so much, that she was asking details about how we could impact an entire cohort of students using this strengths-based approach next year!
