Little bowls of #parmesean & #romano #cheese, with mustard seeds, sea salt & black pepper. these lil gems were filled with a #scallop (cooked in butter & garlic), and #shrimp which I'd cooked in a white wine sauce plus #garlic and a ton of #parsley.
