Want better handstands? Here are 3 tips. 1.Start how you want to get to! Lock your arms and tight down that midsection before you even go upside down. 2. Actively push into the floor as you're upside down. Think about pressing through your hands into your toes. 3. If you are against a wall look straight ahead. If you don't have a wall, look at your hands!!
