I have been trying to figure out if there is any way to ensure that images in a composite will work together. I think that one key is making sure that the colors harmonize. The last image had almost no color and metallic elements. In this case, creating a selective color image of the chameleon helped the other two elements to work better with the Chameleon.

So, I was rummaging around in the archive and stumbled across some shots that had never seen the light of day. Can't believe it was six years ago I found this amazing beast of a tree in Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire. Only one of the shots made it on Flickr (iv) so I thought it was about time they were seen.

The Highland Cows always seem to be on the road to Huisinish and very reluctant to move off it.

The colours really are genuine but 'Sunday' sliders have considerably enhanced them. Greens and ambers are reflections from the summer scorched campus grass. The sky supplied the blues!
