10a with Kalama family & City & port officials receiving/welcome permission. canoe loaded onto trailer and moved to the festival site and commencing with Kalama family dancing and drum team, giving ceremony at the main stage..

10:30/11am Colors of Hawaii/Hawaii Pa'u Riders on horses will lead the attendees from the beach to the festival site, and will present their pau riders - a little history and wearing of the pau and costumes
