I don't really see or expect a true 'Andorran' cuisine, when you are a small Principality squashed between 2 culinary giants. Strangely, I do not detect a strong French influence. Catalan-style is probably the dominant way of cooking, since it is so close to the proud Spanish province. Food is rustic, but prepared proudly to display the exuberance of flavours.
