Costella De Porc (Fried Spareribs)

Dinner @ Papanico.

 

I had tapas and this was one of my order.

 

This was the most cosmopolitan dish. Fried spareribs served with a very Asian type of dip. The order stated Japanese Soysauce but me and my mate were laughing away as the soysauce used was surely Chinese.

 

Soysauce identity aside, it was a lovely dish and it was gone in no time.

Done
