You've seen it in all the photos but I never knew where it was located to until today. Walking out of the Post Office by the WTC site, I looked across the street and glanced at it by chance.
Really for people walking by it's offset so far back from the railing that people probably don't notice. It doesn't help that the entire block is dominated by a church so the nondescript exterior isn't very inviting.
