On your pilgrimage to the Refugio alle tre cime you pas the Forcella lavaredo
This is probably the most impressive place in the whole of the Alps and Dolomites and justly a very popular tourist spot. The road from the Misurinapass (1757m) is quite hard. The gravel road going from the Rifugio Auronzo is easily cyclable to Rifugio Lavaredo (1.7 km). From there you will have to walk 930m to the pass. This is recommended for the fantastic views from up there. No wonder this is the most popular place to visit in the Dolomites!
