North York Moors National Park, North Yorkshire, UK

Thixendale is a civil parish in the Ryedale district of North Yorkshire, England. Historically part of the East Riding of Yorkshire, it is located in the Yorkshire Wolds about 20 miles east of York.

The Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail, a long distance footpath passes to the east end of the village

The photo is taken from St. Mary's Churchyard. The church of St Mary, Thixendale is one of a group of village buildings constructed to designs by George Edmund Street in 1868–70. It was designated in 1966 by English Heritage as a Grade II* listed building. It is on the Sykes Churches Trail devised by the East Yorkshire Historic Churches Group (wiki)

Luke 8: 17

"For nothing is hidden that will not be made manifest, nor is anything secret that will not be known and come to light."

These articles of the same subject, to me just proved pointing to what the Bible has warned us, no doubt .

As in Ephesians 6:12 warning us we are not fighting against flesh and blood , but by dark spirits and powers in the air etc which is not of God.

It seemed to me, this findings by few Scientists just simply connects to Ephesians 6:12 . Also pointing to the reality why there are people involve in witchcraft / magic, experiencing the paranormal etc. because there is something out there that exist , and are invisible . Yet God warned us about these beings / entities . According to the ancient book which is the Bible , that we are fighting against entities of darkness, and not against flesh and blood . See, God has already warned us way ahead. This might be freaky to some people. But for us who are living and knowing the word of God, we knew how to stand our ground and fight back. And that's through the power and authority in the name of Jesus alone given on us that we are over comers.

.

Just as the Bible said , nothing hidden that will not be made manifest. I guess this is the beginning of the taking down the veil in our eyes.

Bridge over the river Wharf near Barden Tower on a winters day

A beautiful view on a lovely sunny day. Taken on our way to Skipton in the Yorkshire Dales. We had a lovely cottage in Skpton for a week. It was just behind the main street with ample parking and we only had to walk through a small alley and we were in the main street.

Took a photo of my Yorkie on his 9th birthday, He's a great wee character and such a loyal dog. Took this photo with my Laowa 65mm macro lens and wasn't sure how it would turn out but I'm happy with the result.

Whitby is a seaside town, port and civil parish in the Borough of Scarborough and English county of North Yorkshire. It is located within the historic boundaries of the North Riding of Yorkshire. Situated on the east coast of Yorkshire at the mouth of the River Esk, Whitby has an established maritime, mineral and tourist heritage. Its East Cliff is home to the ruins of Whitby Abbey, where Cædmon, the earliest recognised English poet, lived. The fishing port developed during the Middle Ages, supporting important herring and whaling fleets,[2][3] and was (along with the nearby fishing village of Staithes) where Captain Cook learned seamanship.

I always get excited by our first snowfall. What could be better than overnight snow on a Friday, followed by a sunny Saturday to go out taking photos? :-)

Yockenthwaite, Yorkshire Dales, England.

We travelled through the Yorkshire Dales today, where we saw the two highest of the Yorkshire Three Peaks. We drove past Whernside, the highest - and to be honest - the least impressive. Then we saw in the distance from Kingsdale the second highest, which is Ingleborough (2,372 feet above sea level). This well-known landmark can be seen from many miles away.

This is the countryside near Ribblehead in the Yorkshire Dales. The flat-topped fell in shadow on the far right is Ingleborough. At 2,372 feet it is the second-highest mountain in the Yorkshire Dales and is frequently climbed as part of the Three Peaks walk. The nearest fells to the camera are Park Fell (1,847 feet) and Simon Fell (2,133 feet), and they are in effect a continuation of the ridge from Ingleborough.

WENSLEYDALE / YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK...the River UreThe Middle Falls from the North ban..Aysgarth Falls are a triple flight of waterfalls,[1] surrounded by woodland and farmland, carved out by the River Ure over an almost one-mile stretch on its descent to mid-Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales of England, near the village of Aysgarth. The falls are quite spectacular after heavy rainfall as thousands of gallons of water cascade over the series of broad limestone steps, which are divided into three stages: Upper Force, Middle Force and Lower Force

Yorkshire Wheel is the name used by two transportable Ferris wheel installations at different locations in York, England.

The first installation was at the National Railway Museum, and operated from 12 April 2006 until 2 November 2008.

The second installation, in the grounds of The Royal York Hotel, opened to the public on 13 December 2011. It is also known as also known as the Wheel of York or York Wheel.

The wheel stand 53.3-metre (175 ft) high, but could be no higher than York Minster, York's skyline height limit.
