Karen O is one freakin' cool lady - view it bigger
Aw, and that's it for my adventures at Sunset Sounds 2010. I feel there should be some kind of loud, you know, gong or something celebrating how I made it to the end with my laughably slow editing skills... *GONG*

At the beginning of Lyndsey's party, I decided to take a shot of this beautiful creature.
No editing was done, are you surprised? I was amazed.

In case I've given you the impression with all these pictures that she is always a timid, quiet and oh-so-sweet little dear, let this set the record straight ...

El texto original de la foto iba a ser este:
You are the one for me,
I am the man for you.
You were made for me,
you're my ecstaZy!.
If I was given every opportunity,
I'd kill for your love.
pero a las 14.35P.M. sono en mi celular CQC y me dijeron:
"Queremos que formes parte de la empresa..."
y ahora el texto cambio por este:
Consegui trabajoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!.
yeah!
One of the benefits of going to Portland is the other photo-shoots I stumble upon. Here is an engagement photo-shoot. The photographer has asked this charming young couple to jump in the air. Probably to reflect how happy they are about getting married (One of those Tom Cruise stand-on-the-sofa-to-proclaim-your-love type thingees). The photographer had them do this several times. So, like the wedding crasher I am, I mooched off their photo-shoot.
Incidentally, I hold genuine fears for the products of helicopter parenting. Growing up without a spreadsheet populated with milestones and measurements, I have no idea how I even made it out of childhood. I feel that not everyone has or will.
I am not alone. Kenny Pittock's Throw caution to the wind, is a cast bronze replica of the familiar warning sign with a not so familiar message. He has a point; to a point. We learn to risk manage only when there is risk to manage. Those skills, the resilience built by an unpredictable reward schedule; these are the armour against anxiety.
Ironically, and creating tension with his art, is the Gallery's warning on the plinth: don't touch! For me, this is one of the most joyous entries in the list of Wynne Prize Finalists. However, the best will be saved for last.
