The theme for week 12 in the 52 in 2013 group is Something That Begins With "M"

I chose to illustrate Music by taking a picture of my Baby Taylor guitar and the sheet music of the song Cortez the Killer from Neil Young, perhaps my favourite song of his.

He came dancing across the water

With his galleons and guns

Looking for the new world

In that palace in the sun.

On the shore lay Montezuma

With his coca leaves and pearls

In his halls he often wondered

With the secrets of the worlds.

As a writer (and hopefully a photographer) in the making, I'm often scared of the first and terrible blank page as I fear I won't be good enough to fiil it with inspiring and meaningul words.

...

I'm wrong. We shouldn't fear the unknown, we must see it as a challenge and face it with our heads lifted towards the sky!

"EVERYONE LOVES TO TALK, BUT NO ONE REALLY CARES TO LISTEN. This tangle pattern was inspired from some of the iron work supporting the benches on Cromer pier. I've included my reference photo in my blog post.
