BCIT Broadcast and Online Journalism Students Kareem Gouda and Sahil Morar comparing ideas on a cell phone for a group project. A beautiful area of SE2 to sit back and relax, meet up with your group or get some solo studying done. This photo is part of a series for the Online and Social Media class, exploring student life at BCIT.

Inside the Empire Theatre projection room. Very cool, lots cans of film. We thought it'd be all digital now, but film still wins when it comes to quality!
We had a couple of friends round for a working dinner!!! Finishing off a website, eating pizza & chips finished off with a gooey chocolate pud!
None for me though, I'm on a strict diet!!!! I don't normally follow a specific diet but I'm trying the Dukan diet, just finished the first phase, which is a bit like the Atkins. The first couple of days I can only eat meat (not fatty) eggs (2 max) & yogurt (low fat). Then I can go into the cruise phase where I can add veg, but no potatoes, pasta, rice, bread or anything starchy or to sugary!!! This is only on alternate days!!! Argghhh

Laying on its double stacked trolley death bed with a cardboard mattress. Just goes to show that even the most clean and healthy can be taken just like that.
Klein Felt just outside the BCIT library, taking in all the information he can from his Media Relations textbook right before his big test. Though at BCIT, cramming is the last thing any student wants to do, it is sometimes the sad reality we have to face as students.
