The Roman district of Garbatella was designed in 1920 by famous architects and intended for the working class of the time. The style is the "Roman late baroque", with sinuous shapes that give life to neo-medieval buildings.

the whole district, with the fountains, the buildings, the balconies, the villas, the stuccoes and the green spaces, recalls this concept of the Garden City and can be considered a large open-air monument as well as an example of humanistic architecture

Tomorrow's a black hush in the middle night

Tomorrow swears the truth of now, now, and now

In the trembling blue gasp of the morning light”

Koyasuhama in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan

Koyasuhama is a local area of Koyasu, not far from the city of Yokohama, and can be found a short walk away from Koyasu Station on the Keikyu train line. This harbor of boats and old buildings is mostly unknown by people and photographers and is a hidden gem to discover a side of Japan not usually seen by tourists.
