Medieval castle situated in the heart of Cannes Old Town, Le Suquet
The Castre Museum is located on the Suquet hill, dominating the city of Cannes. From the top of the medieval tower visitors can see the bay and the Lerins islands
Inside the castle and the nearby chapel is a brilliant collection of paintings, art and archaeological artefacts. The Castre Museum is home to a wide collection of antiquities, particularly from the Mediterranean and the Middle East.
The 11th-century Saint Anne Chapel houses a remarkable collection of musical instruments from Asia, Africa, America and Oceania. A few rooms dedicated to 19th-century Provencal paintings of Riviera landscapes open out onto the courtyard and a square tower displaying spectacular views.

The Promenade de la Croisette, or Boulevard de la Croisette, is a prominent road in Cannes, France. It stretches along the shore of the Mediterranean Sea and is about 2 km long. The Croisette is known for the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, where the Cannes Film Festival is held. Many expensive shops, restaurants, and hotels (such as the Carlton, Majestic, JW Marriott Cannes, and Martinez) line the road. It goes completely along the coastline of Cannes [Wikipedia.org]

Precision-driven workflow and quite an empirical reasoning (i.e., the Gayeebi knowledge) of a master-chef are the main secrets of quality Kacchi Biriyani!
Besides fine rice and tender mutton, nearly 20 different ingredients (mostly spices) are used in Kacchi Biriyani.
The cooking process of rice, mutton, spices, and other ingredients (all placed in layers) demands both scientific and artistic considerations. The sealed-container cooking process not only generates an inferno of heat and pressure inside the pot but allows a perfect blending of all ingredients...and ultimately delivers a culinary wonder!

As I run documents through the scanner, I save them in a folder called, without irony, "No OCR." Once the OCR is complete, I move the document to one of these folders. There will probably be more folders in the future, as I encounter a need.
I've already filled up two and a half 13 gallon garbage cans for the recycling bin.
