By some definitions, construction workers may be engaged in manual labour as unskilled or semi-skilled workers. These workers begin by attending to general tasks such as digging, cleaning, and unloading equipment. As they acquire experience, they start to specialize in particular areas - for example, roofing, pipefitting, structural work, or carpentry.

The folk art on the pottery in Bangladesh tell stories of village life, of happiness, of family life and the life of the hard working people of Bangladesh. As for Dhamrai, it is the holy grail for the ancient “almost lost” art of pottery. Being losing all the glory in plastic and aluminum, many pottery artist still make pottery in the traditional way at the village in Shumulia,Dhamrai.

That a village where potters make all the terracotta pots, thalis, earthen ware that is still not so widely used in Bangladesh.

During our visit at this plant we bumped in a mass rally for the workes of the factory. A seldome chance to capture some good shots of it during loud barking megaphones and orchestra music. Some people there were quiet confused with our appearance.

Hong Kong is the home of some 250,000 migrant workers. Most of them are coming from Indonesia and the Philippines. Every Sundays, they come out to meet friends and make calls to their families.

Communication helps to comfort and to sustain them.

During the dry season workers employed in mining stones from the bed of the Goyain River at Jaflong, Bangladesh, live in temporary shelters like these. In the rainy season this area is underwater.

A really cool park worker. She is a hard worker and as nice as can be. She was happy the temps are out of the high 80's and back into the high 50's or low 60's.
