4 ounces, 590 yards, 2-ply merino/tencel from Bonkers Fibers. I can't remember the name of the colorway, but the dye broke in multiple places throughout the top, so Broken Wine it is.

"Rosa bebe" colourway. Soft, soft, soft ! Spun on a 1.1 oz Butterfly Girl Spindle, and plied on 1.8 oz (both whorls of the pair of spindles) spindle. Singles are 27 wpi, plied yarn 16 wpi before finishing?

100% Soft Merino. Less white.

4oz of Fresian & Shetland, spun into a 2-ply sockweight yarn, 270 yards. Roving was from Stony Creek www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=9472

I took this outside, because I wanted to capture how vibrant the colors are - they really are brilliant!

 

And now I'm going to go cast on...

Crocheted and felted with 100% wool. The colors are so vibrant! Teal, Purple and Lavender... a great combination

A vibrant mix of wine reds, deep burgundy, plum and leafy greens. The greens blend with the reds to make branch-y browns.

Wool of the Andes plus sock yarn

handspun yarn with puffs of white mohair and angelina sparkle

is made with wool yarn and soon to be frogged as i don't have enough to finish this to a decent length.. :(

The Painted Tiger sample spun up, it was my first try at doing a navajo 3-ply!

Some Peruvian wool. My first foray into handpainting wool, and I wasn't particularly excited. I think I still prefer kettle dying and tie dying.
