Inside MacAusland's Woollen Mill at Bloomfield on Prince Edward Island.
This photo was taken with the Olympus OM-1 and M.Zuiko 25mm f/1.2 Pro in low light at f/1.4 and ISO 2000. I procesed the image with a vintage colour profile that simulates an old film stock, hence the reduced colour saturation. I actually prefer this look to the normally saturated colours typical of digital imagery. This is not an AI generated image.

I am going to try and use up wool from my stash so I have been going through it. I found this pack of 20 balls of Aran with Wool....the receipt was still in the bag. I paid 29 pence per ball so the lot cost me £5.80! I can't remember the date but I think it was at least 15 years ago! I have no idea what I had started knitting with it either so that will be pulled out.

A bit too small for me, so I'll sell it on a future Christmas market.
(After the Christmas Fair is before the Christmas fair, hehe)
for a massive faerie spun dread update in the shop, at least ten sets in different lengths. I should have had these done a while ago... but, the eye surgery pushed 'em back a bit.

I spent a little more time than normal on this one and it took about 25 minutes to complete. I will confess that the helmet is somewhat based on the Hazmat Guy minifigure.

I love how the wool looks in the ball!
My daughter now has her eyes on the scarf! I have a pattern for another scarf that I could do for myself but no wool for it!
She is going to wait until it is finished to decide if she wants it, or if I let her have it!
