Wood of grapevine trunk and arms is the source of valuable constituents especially during the first stages of the annual grapevine cycle and also later, leading finally to the maturation of grapes in terms of the appropriate concentration of the various pigments (flavonoids) in berries.
Took the Panasonic G6 and 14-140 lens out for a walk. This is a test of the OIS at the long end. A bit of blur, but not bad for 1/8 second at 280mm equivalent!

It was a bit of a random decision to go to the zoo today but not one I regret, I've had so much fun. As well as all the obligatory cute animals, Ariadne Zoo has a full on fun fair and a very crazy cat cafe! This is a family friendly area and a great place for a day out.

"Oh wise one, I seek some guidance from you
My heart and my mind are being torn in two
Please can you point me in the right direction
I am frightened about this kind of situation
Can you ruffle your feathers, spread your wings
Please wise old owl at least show me something."
Happy New Year and I hope that 2016 brings you all laughter and love <3
