Working through the night to make it all happen.
ZURBwired 2011: Meet Rebekah Children's Services, a bay area non-profit organization providing services to support children and families.
The ZURBwired 24-hour marathon is where our team and the team from one lucky local nonprofit get together to do something great in 24 hours. We spend the day helping the nonprofit solve a big challenge; whether it be marketing for an upcoming event, or completely overhauling their brand—and we get it all done in 24 hours.
ZURB is a close-knit team of interaction designers and strategists that help companies design better (www.zurb.com).

Fetch is a web application that facilitates the ordering and reordering of print materials. It was conceived by a Kansas City printer to provide their customers not only with the status of their print orders, but a running history of all their orders so that they could easily be reordered at a later date. It is also a general customer service tool where clients can post messages and start conversations with administrators about the details of their orders. If that sounds boring, then you don’t how exciting life can be when things that were once difficult are made easy. How exciting can it be? Real exciting.

I found this one in Edmonton, the northern part of London, close to Tottenham Football Stadium and next to the Lea Valley River on one sunny day.
This is the old City Hall of Ottawa. That means there's a new one now. I'm not sure what they use this building for nowadays, but I'm sure it has its uses. I just know it as the old city hall. And that arch is probably completely decorative. The river here is the Rideau River, just before it joins the Ottawa River as a tributary.
3 exposures processed in Adobe Camera Raw for sharpening and vignetting removal. They were then manually blended in Photoshop, and I added a saturation adjustment layer.
Justin lent me his head for reference for another Japanese warrior from feudal times. Justin's Korean, but hey, he's got that stern, chiseled Japanese look I wanted.
