66135 is seen passing through Nuneaton and under the electrification wires whilst operating a freight to Tunstead Sidings. Observed on 5th September 2015.
The carrozas had a difficult time passing through the streets of Bantayan town because of the electric wires. A long bamboo pole had to be used to push these wires up and move the carrozas along.

Hate seeing it like this but is all progress :) Smoke unit cut down, electrical components removed and soldered to a smaller PCB to allow placement elsewhere within the body. Space is TIGHT! Loco now all wired up with looms, smoke unit connected to soundchip and working, speaker working, just the direction and cab lights remain to be fitted. Still lots of CV adjustment work to do to get the smoker working as required, but its all getting there :) Standard 9v loco would have been finished months ago, but the icing takes ages!
I saw a tutorial on how to do this in a photography magazine and thought I would give it a go and this was our third attempt. Going to try again tomorrow night but with a few more little changes.

I made this piece months ago and didn't know how to finish it until I started working with the copper wire. The irregular, almost nervous turns of this bale suits this pendant perfectly. The polymer clay was painted with acrylic paints (gold, blue, white) allowed to dry, then thinned until the paint cracked. the irregular white spot is a flake of white mica.
