There was a bunch of wire near the train tracks today and I thought that they looked neat.

The guy jumping over actally fell off the wire when he landed. He caught the wire with his hands and pulled himself back up, but it was the first time I had ever seen a high-wire act go wrong. The two sitting are a husband-wife team.

I made 50 km on my bike today, from Prague-Bohnice down to the river, along Vltava to Kralupy, across the bridge (the first down the stream after Most Barikadniku in Prague 7!), up to Holubice (beautiful Romanesque church there!), Tursko, and down to Libcice nad Vltavou. Then along the river (there's just a narrow foot path along the railway tracks) to Rez, across the foot bridge, and back to Bohnice along the river. The weather looked quite discouraging in the morning, but turned out to be beautiful in the afternoon, with great "windy" "Alberta" clouds (almost:-).
