This is my youngest son (7) sitting waiting for our luggage at the airport as we arrived back home from an 8 day Caribbean vacation together as a family. The two hour ride home from the airport was actually quite emotional for me as I reflected on the quality family time we had together for 8 whole days and how quickly my boys are growing and changing. It won't be long and there won't be any more vacations, bedtime prayers, cuddling together while we read stories, and giggling and laughter coming from all over the house. Some day I will wake up and my kids won't be there by my bedside on Saturday morning, requesting chocolate chip pancakes and it just breaks my heart. There is nothing I can do to stop time so I must learn to cherish what I have been given. This picture represents the incredible memories we made together as a family and to cherish EVERY moment of EVERY day.
