Airplane window view of setting sun on approach to Baltimore. Tributaries of the Potomac river are in view as well.
A delicate moment captured through a rain-specked window. A colorful pinwheel spins slowly, bringing a sense of movement and change, while the village houses in the background blur softly, creating a dreamy, reflective atmosphere. The rain and the turning pinwheel evoke a gentle shift in the air, a subtle reminder of transformation and renewal.

Catching some rays and soaking up the views as we prepare to dip into the fog, snow and low cloud waiting for us on the other side of the Alps...
Red-bellied Woodpeckers have periodically been inspecting this growing cavity in our tree. Last spring-summer it was occupied by Common House Sparrows. Fingers crossed these gorgeous woodpeckers will move in!

Enjoying another fine dawn aloft as we rumble above a sea of stratus cloud obscuring the foothills of the Alps - while in the distance the first of the day's long rangers close the gap on us on their way to West Europe...
Both the Panorama and the Window are from PIxabay, all I had to do was join them together.
In thought this was a strange window, how do you close it. Then I realized it was a double, the inside windows slide together.
The window view from the plane over Italy.
