Another recent film shot. This one taken with a cheapo Penmax YN-3. Added some texture via CS4. Might have overdone it. Oh well.
Restaurant windows in Jakarta make excellent light sources, and it's free! In a 3/4 profile above, note that the nose does not cut into the cheek. Because the shadow side of the face is facing the camera, called short light, it tends to slim-down a round face. If the light would be falling on the side of the face facing the camera, it would tend to fill out a slim face.
My better half...in her own world :)

My Love,
I don't know how to thank you,
For all that you are, to me;
For all that you do, for me.
I don't want to thank you,
For, that might hurt you,
For, that could make it formal between us.
But, today, I really want to tell you,
How much you mean to me and,
How close you are to my heart and soul.

One wanted to sleep in.
Love the morning sunlight on these little tulips. The same rays highlight the dust on my table, too!
For the record, I only have one cat. If I had to have six clones of the same cat, Max would be it, er..them, though. He was so (sorta) patient with me when I got impatient over his hours-long naps and started moving him around to his favorite spots.
We are rich in home crafted quilts and blankets. This is the quilt my mother made for Jae and I as a wedding gift. It's gorgeous.
