La Jolla at night. For some reason the shoes with the stripes remind me of the shoes that Dorothy wore in the Wizard of Oz even though they are not ruby in color (the movies' color version) and her shoes had sequins sown on and not stripes. Still, I think of the Dorothy and the Wizard....

I see this display, telling us what the trendy colours are to be for Winter, LOL.
All the ladies in my family were 'knitters', so of course I was taught that art with needle and yarn, but have no interest in it.
I was merely attracted by this window display, the way it was presented with the needles and especially the colours!
Also, natural spun yarn and 'specials".
I wish you a day full of beauty and thank you for your visit, Magda, (*_*)

I'm in love with the girl who was fixing the window display and let me take a picture of her bum. Well, maybe "let" is the wrong term? Of course, we haven't spoken yet, but I'm going to find her...someday.
A little re-working of this image of this fellow in the window of the used cat store that was formerly in Lake City, Seattle. The shop became the location of the Shot On Film used camera store.

Painted by myself and helped by 2 other artist friends for a Pop Art window scheme tie in with the Tate Modern Pop Art retrospective in September 2015. Overall concept by the team at Harvey Nichols. Boards with mannequin parts created by the team at Arty Wigs (who also do mannequin renovation).
Overall it was very well received and will be travelling round the country to the different Harvey Nichols stores now in several other major cities.
Photographed in the windows with reflections of buildings opposite.
