Smøla Wind Farm is a 68 turbine wind farm located on the island of Smøla in Norway. It’s the largest wind farm in the country and the largest onshore wind farm in Europe. The farm covers an area of 18 square kilometres. The farm was built in two phases The first stage (20 x 2.0 MW) was opened September 5, 2002 and the second (48 x 2.3 MW) in September 2005. The maximum production capacity is 150 MW and is’s generates 450 GWh in average per year.

While trying out a new motorcycle track I passed this windmill near Tilburg. Sad to say, the landscape has changed of the years and now the windmill is surrounded by new buildings. So I had some hard time to frame the picture to exclude all those interfering elements.
Nantucket, Massachusetts
Nantucket Windmill was built in 1745-46.
Built in 1746 by Nathan Wilbur, a Nantucket sailor who had spent time in Holland, the "Old Mill" is the oldest functioning mill in the country.

An after work trip to Chesterton Windmill resulted in this. I thought it might rain so I was glad the clouds shifted.
