The historic Jill windmill stands, almost deconstructed, during restoration. On the South Downs, at Pyecombe, Sussex.
Driving along the highway just past the Stirling Ranges on my way to Borden, when I saw this windmill to the left. Still practicing with the wide angle lens. It was a beautiful day for taking photos :)

The dilapidated Southern Cross Z pattern frames three Southern Cross IZ patterns, three Metters M types, and an older K type.
It has been several years since I've been up to the northern Texas Panhandle. During that time, these electricity-generating windmills have popped up all over the area.
I found it quite interesting that they promptly cease at the Oklahoma border.
I don't know exactly where it is anymore. It was on our way to a House&Garden Exhibition at the castle in Wolfsburg summer 2006. We had a short stop to let our border Luky do what dogs do when they are released from the boot. I used the time taking this one.
