One beach along the coast was FILLED with wind surfers. A beautiful sight and these guys can really move! Many of them headed out to sea about 1/5 mile or so and seemed to be traveling as fast as a speedboat. Fun to watch...
The winds were really strong, and my hair was blowing all over. I wish I could have captured just how crazy my hair was.

An image of the wooden wind chime my wife bought. This picture may be the only purpose for the wind chime at all.
The wind blew against my ears and it felt as if I could also distinguish the quick pace of their paws against the ground behind me. I had the feeling my heart had stopped working it was beating so fast, cold sweats were running down my spine and plastered my shirt against my back, I could barely feel my legs anymore but I kept on running without slowing down.

Prims map wind strength to prim height. the whole thing maps 100 square meters of whatever sim it is in to 10 square meters starting at 000 . The wind direction and strength is also visualized by mapping the wind vector to the RGB colour vector. ie each 1 meter square shows the SL wind at the center of a 10 meter square at the relevant sim position.
