Whisp comes with 3 outfits, all the previous I heart Fashion dolls all came with just two, I have to say I am impressed.
Dog warrior ready for battle.
Photographing smoke art is one of the most rewarding aspects of home photography. We've all seen the wispy strands that float and glide through the air, but it's not until these trails are frozen in time do we see the true beauty and elegance of their construction.
In many images it's possible to see a subject within the smoke.
The advantage of smoke art photography is that - compared to water droplets - the patterns take longer to form so it's easier to judge when to take the shot. It's when the scene is viewed on the screen that the true diversity and uniqueness of the patterns is realised.
This was processed in Photoshop to highlight the patterns that exist within the formations.
The smoke was created by burning an incense stick against a black background. The light was a flashgun behind and below at an angle of 45° upwards with black card between the flash unit and the subject so that the light hits the smoke, but not the camera lens. The result was processed in Photoshop.

This is the last set of smoke art to be produced using this method. With so many uploads, it's difficult to create original ideas. So now I will be concentrating on a different and more creative method which I plan to have ready within a few months.

'And what time do you call this?' Her voice was sharp and with her arms folded and her head tilted to one side, he was not in any position to agrue.
''Breakfast time.' he replied in a slow slurred drawl. 'Get to it woman.'
He was never seen again.

I reached San Francisco at the end of a long, lonely day, then drove across Golden Gate just in time to catch the last few whisps of sunset.
Morning sun hitting the side of Swaledale as an inversion slowly burns off, leaving a whisp of cloud halfway up the dale.

ICM of Walton backwater just as the sun was disappearing from view
I just liked the way the reeds were reflecting the last light across the water and sky
I had a lovely day yesterday meeting up with Dennis and Nicole who were over from Germany on holiday. Chilled at mine for a while then a bit of a mooch around Padley, Pub for tea then back to Padley via Mother cap for some lp.
I knew I wanted a shot with Dennis and Nicole in so thought I'd combine it with a refractograph. It's sort of what I had in my head but a little rough round the edges.
Great to meet you both and to catch up with Chris T and Tom Hill is always a pleasure.
Happy days.
Whisp having a bad day...She had been set upon by "Molly Brown" who literally chased her up the oak, then went up after her...
In steam. Icebreaker tug STETTIN with a whisp of smoke at her funnel lies on her moorings in Hamburg harbour.
This fog bank was rolling in off of the still-frozen Hudsons Bay in Arviat, Nunavut last June. Impressive to see such cleanly visible swirls and lines, it was quite the sight to watch. From above it looked like a rolling sea of mist.
Snowshoe trails to the top of Gummen. The Roundtrip Snowshoe walk to Gummen from Wirzweli is well worth it when there's plenty of snow. The view from Gummen up the Engelberg valley are quite a treat.
SOOC... other than a crop. Had the opportunity to tag along to speed skating practice w/ daughter & her two boys... was trying some things w/ the camera.
