Mitsubishi lorry. This was the only lorry I saw the day I had my camera. The days I didn't have it, I saw Ford D sreies, Leyland Freighters, ERF ECX, and lots of Hino, and other Japanese makes. Luckily, there will be plenty more oppertunities.
Sinden mean singer. The Sinden showed in this photo are singing in traditional sundanesse puppet show (wayang golek). I took this photo in Bandung, capital city of west java, Indonesia.
Are built above the ground. West Java is below sea level so high tide brings in water to the land. Canals are also built between the streets and the residential areas to drain the water.
Waduk Jatiluhur terletak di Kecamatan Jatiluhur, Kabupaten Purwakarta, Provinsi Jawa Barat (±9 km dari pusat Kota Purwakarta).Bendungan Jatiluhur adalah bendungan terbesar di Indonesia. Bendungan itu dinamakan oleh pemerintah Waduk Ir. H. Juanda, dengan panorama danau yang luasnya 8.300 ha. Bendungan ini mulai dibangun sejak tahun 1957 oleh kontraktor asal Perancis, dengan potensi air yang tersedia sebesar 12,9 miliar m3 / tahun dan merupakan waduk serbaguna pertama di Indonesia.
