The Matrix II instrument is available in two versions, for either digital or analogue load cells. It is a versatile stainless steel weight controller with OIML / EN (NAWI) approvals, an alphanumeric keyboard and a graphic display.

The T16 load cell is specifically designed as a reliable, simple, low cost solution for dynamic weighing allowing faster setting time, higher weighing speeds and increased load cell life. For wash down applications a special venting kit, supplied with the unit, can be fitted which ensures IP68 protection levels. A stainless steel cover is also fitted to protect the weighing head. This stainless steel self-centering rocker column load cell is fully welded and hermetically sealed, with protection to IP68/IP69K. It is an ideal solution for weighbridges/truck scales thanks to its approvals to OIML C4 (4000 divisions) and NTEP Class III L, as well as lightning surge arrestors and a tough, durable polyurethane cable. Corner correction at the junction box is minimized because the T34 is pre-corner adjustment optimized at +/- 0.05% by output current calibration (in mV/V/Ω). This saves a significant amount of time during commissioning.
