Es beginnt mit einem rätselhaften Klappern, Quietschen, einem Motorstottern oder plötzlicher Disko im Armaturenbrett – sprich herumspinnenden Kontrollleuchten.
Und es endet nach einer werkstattaufenthaltbedingt längeren Trennung vom inzwischen nicht mehr so geliebten Vehikel mit einer saftigen Rechnung vom „Freundlichen“ – sprich vom Autohaus.
Natürlich klappert, quietscht, stottert oder blinkt es noch immer.
Leider war die Fehlersuche erfolglos, heißt es dann.
Zahlen soll man trotzdem.
Ãœber zwei Jahre ohne Auto dagestanden.
Oder es ist wie im folgenden Fall, wo die anfänglichen Fehler durch neue ersetzt wurden und die Reparaturaufwendungen am Ende über 26.000 Euro erreichten.
Soll ein Kunde dann darüber hinaus erst zahlen, bevor die Werkstatt sein Fahrzeug rausrückt, kann man sich schon mal vor Gericht treffen.
Die Reparaturodyssee des betroffenen Schweizers begann Anfang September 2010. Da brachte er seinen VW Touareg in die Werkstatt eines deutschen VW-Autohauses.
Gründe waren eine ständig leuchtende Abgaskontrollleuchte. Bei Anhängerfahrt kam es zu Leistungsverlust, bei Fahrten ohne Anhänger war dies zumindest zeitweise der Fall.
Mit „Ursache lokalisieren und nach Rücksprache beheben“ endete der vom Eigentümer des Problemwagens unterzeichnete Reparaturauftrag.
