Here I am adjusting the advertising and cage elements of the welcome zone

Bit of a jump, but here a central platform and flat large prims laid out for scale. Used my cutout all over to give perspective during build and also eye lines. Boats are for scale too. This will be the harbour water activities area

I left space to walk between and look at views and so on. My thinking here is to make the hoarding and how it sits in the environment interesting too. These are scalable hoardings so can be changed quickly

The road is speed tarmac, a peeling paint inner block and black asphalt for the central zone

Charlene is trying to get the bridge done for end of week so I can start to put race timer gates around it and advertising hoardings too

Again the anomaly of partially visible Pond central - useful to note that the club on the left will have an outdoor area on this island top left, that the Outback bar in the middle will lead onto the Uluru walk and of course there is an inlet top right of this island to join with river from Pond

One thing that is starting to work well is the 'appropriate' RSS feed in certain areas. Listening and dancing to music while music news ticks around on screens makes sense, more than general ads of course. On request and in advance of a short progress video of much the same sort of thing - here is Pond's very own Very Mulberry posing around - the ads are all placeholders but many actually work as clickthroughs already - to give a look feel..

There will be various pedestrian viewing areas around with ads in too. On request and in advance of a short progress video of much the same sort of thing - here is Pond's very own Very Mulberry posing around - the ads are all placeholders but many actually work as clickthroughs already - to give a look feel..

Cinema as very basic stage, screen, seating space. Lots to do here

Added working cinema screen and adusting central platforms

Not sure about the bamboo now as it doesnt sit with other builds as well as I would like

and ferns scattered. It will take a lot to get full green coverage, some sims have a 'green foliage' texture that covers the whole island, as we need sand it will be best to have a scattering of these smaller plants to get close to the right feel.

Used a cutout of me for scale as issues about size were raised

Warda popped over and decided to add windows to the side of the Opera House (she is feeling a little concerned that it lacks detail). I also suggested and showed her the Lamps and seating that she has also started to add. I will be adding some switch on/off seating for events later on

Two breakers now as you cross sims you need the sound of each

A series of arial shots for a notice board in the welcome area

Starting to add some test textures to the sails and Warda has also (on Jasons request) added a very long staircase to the Crypt Gallery

Each of these pillars marks a potential 'vendor' zone, or shop unit

There are many more ad sites, this is just the welcome area. The RSS board above again is dynamic and clickable to specific pages. On request and in advance of a short progress video of much the same sort of thing - here is Pond's very own Very Mulberry posing around - the ads are all placeholders but many actually work as clickthroughs already - to give a look feel..

Our Korean friend is now surrounded and butterflies added to more areas

Added Laser Tech Purple tubes to 'public' dance area

Cinema showing a movie at night

After endless racing Les gives me a list of bits of road that are not performing OK - I remember that the bike and road and barriers are constantly talking to each other via the Havoc physics engine. There are a few unlinked parts of road and barriers that need sorting. The track is proving to be a time eater. But nearly there

The view of the walkway which actually leads to a dead end at the moment, will build a viewing platform at top later

Emerging Business Opportunities in Blockchain and Web3.0 Event

and from above - it will quickly take shape soon. The textures on the domes we are keen to make SL enhanced

Discussing the best ways to get the shell shape. Huge prims (risky and not stable) or I give her a shapemaker scripted device to create large spheres

Each icon on the wall is clickable and will bring up a preview film. Question is do we have at least one long form content offering in here? On request and in advance of a short progress video of much the same sort of thing - here is Pond's very own Very Mulberry posing around - the ads are all placeholders but many actually work as clickthroughs already - to give a look feel..

We could keep the 'clutter' on the inside as you can see it is much busier.
