I have to be honest I didn't spot the caterpillar when I was looking for a web today, so that was a bonus when I clicked and zoomed! HWW

tiny droplets make this look like a ladies diamond necklace. I am not one for spiders... but sometimes I really appreciate what they do!

A spider web peeping through the Virginia Creeper

Saw this big cobweb and spider in the garden, just had to go inside to get my camera and a black card to use as the background didnt want to get it too close though otherwise would have broke the cobweb.

My first attempt with a black ground so im pleased with how it came out....Hope you like it also :)

Here's something a little different for you. I found this web constructed and hanging between two spruce trees about 7 feet from the ground directly above were I was sitting and chilling in my campsite. I didn't realize it was there until the setting sun illuminated it as I was retuning to my chair with a cool beverage.

I got home this afternoon and noticed an industrious little spider had built this over night. The sun was hitting it just right, but the camera couldn't really pick it up that clearly. A little mist from the hose and all of a sudden I had a very cool web to shoot.

Between a lamp post and a telephone pole. Glad I didn't walk through it!
