Here is the weapons shop without the minifigs. I enjoyed experimenting with different wall textures and shelving. Could have added some more blasters/weapons, but I like the minimalist look.
So I've been resin casting.
The next step up. It presented quite a challenge: casting weapons!
This is my popular, though old and a tad crude, FN FAL. The first thing I tried to do working sights with, back a bit more than a year ago. So the cast of it is BEAUTIFUL :D Damn, this stuff does not disappoint, it is really solid stuff and takes paint wonderfully. With paint over it, I seriously am unable to differentiate between the resin cast and the original ABS mod! The grip is great and I have purposely clicked it in quite roughly to some minifig hands to try to get the paint off. I am unable to, the paint just adheres too damn well to the resin.
(By the way, the original is the one with dark tan.)
So. I plan to also make more of my old galil and whatever else strikes my fancy. 2-part molding with my materials is complicated but fun.
If anyone would like to purchase one, I'll make and paint you up one for like $3ish. Plus, if you're a customizer, I'll send you some pouches and shit. Those are simple to make.
And my my...who COULD that be, holding those guns? ; j

I've finally gotten my hands on Brickarms' Blaster Weapons Pack and I am very happy with them. Though there are some that I wish I could easily buy separately.
Overall they are really well done and I look forward to equipping more of my troops with these kind of weapons. :)

Oh look, I did 0.6 thing. Again. And only in under 2 hours. However, I feel like the scope is missing something. I don´t know what, and right now it is too late (2am) and this is 0.6 so no code saving.

The BrahMos is a medium-range ramjet supersonic cruise missile that can be launched from submarine, ships, aircraft, or land. It is the fastest cruise missile in the world. It is a joint venture between the Russian Federation's NPO Mashinostroyeniya and India's Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO). It is based on the Russian P-800 Oniks cruise missile and other similar sea-skimming Russian cruise missile technology. The name BrahMos is a portmanteau formed from the names of two rivers, the Brahmaputra of India and the Moskva of Russia.
Two guards from Sigma Labs Foundation dubbed as ''Sigma Guards'' were special trained guards, tasked with security, who were stationed on various test sites and facilities under the company named Sigma Labs Foundation. But they were no match for a recent incident called ''The Outbreak''. On of their main branches got completly wiped out and overun by ''Specimen Z'' a virus that has the ability to create advance strengt, stamina and has the ability to bring back the dead. In other words zombies.
They are loosly based on the Black Mesa security guards from the Half-Life games.
The Sigma Guards make a appearance in one of my stop-motion projecs about a zombie outbreak.

Taken back in July when I rented teh 10-22...If I still had the 20D I would have bought that lens. So fun.
Those legs are weapons. In the morning she'll come to my side of the bed, sit down, and launch a paw right into my face. The bottoms are sandpaper.
fires explosive 12.7 mm rounds that are designed to explode after entering the target. with a massive muzzle velocity of 8,000m/s making this both an anti-infantry and anti-tank weapon. Each magazine has a huge built in battery that can power all of the 12 rounds in the magazine. the scope has a built in range finder and GPS target painter for precision air and artillery strikes.
Any Star Wars weapon we get is a good weapon, All are great for their own reasons.
I don't know why it took this long.
