And plasma rifle arm thingy.
It should be noted I stole the belt fed chain idea from one Mr. Roberts.
Nail guards (zhijiatao) used to be worn by aristocracy, as a symbol of Chinese status and wealth.
I grabbed this shot as I passed this lady, who I think, was dressed up.
Apparently in the Tang dynasty, when someone died, their nails were often trimmed and buried with them.
A female bordered mantis (I think Stagmomantis limbata) grooming. This is the time of year we find adults in our yard. In this species, the females don't fly (although they have wings, they're not big enough to get them airborne), so if I spot one I can usually find it again. They are usually either green or brown, but sometimes have markings that are pink or even purple. Photographed on a black background then released where found -- in the garden right outside my front door.

So I spent some time tweaking my DL-44 model for BrickFair and figured I would take a couple more pictures.
You'll probably notice first that the muzzle is now all black instead of the light gray I had originally. This model is based off the weapon Han Solo uses in the Force Awakens, which has a black muzzle.
I also made the scope a little more sleek, specifically smoothing out the rounded parts that stick up for adjustment and attaching it to the weapon.
Lastly, I reinforced the entire gun in order to make it more sturdy, especially the handle. I can wave it around almost as much as I want.
This will be on display at BFVA! Come see it for yourself. :) #brickfair
New build Renault with Falkom FAW 25000 equipment. A credit to the owner and thanks to the driver who is rightly proud and enthusiastic about the truck and its capability.
I've seen on some websites that Valentine's day is celebrated on February 14 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Anyway, my boys are celebrating it today with some Adventure Time's gifts. They both really love this show and since Stefan love musical instruments and Billy love weapons, this was the result. Happy (early) Valentine's Day to everyone, even if you're single.

CULINARY DELIGHT, lol
Can you tell that I love red? It makes such a lovely happy accent in the kitchen.
These are also fantastic to work with in the non-stick pots and pans.
As I love being 'creative' in the kitchen these are definitely my kind of GADGETS!!
More fun from studio Indigo.
Have a good day and thanks for your visit, so very much appreciated, Magda, (*_*)

A few Metro 2033 inspired weapons I've made up. They don't all entirely follow their in-game appearances. Party to give them some individuality, and party because I was just trying to use the bits and pieces I had laying around.
Ashot
"A small, single-shot shotgun-pistol."
I don't know why but I've become a little bit of a fan of the Ashot, its a fun little weapon to use. The version I made features a stock and foregrip, as well as an extended barrel.
Valve
"A makeshift bolt-action sniper-rifle, created using older pre-war rifles."
This was more just me trying to use up spare pieces I had, so as said above it doesn't 100% follow the game model. I used a Kar 98 as the base, with a sten gun skeleton stock, a BAR magazine on the side (not visible due to the angle), a brickwarriors ACR barrel, and a AUG scope.
Bastard Gun
"A carbine created from scrap, it has become one of the most popular and infamous weapons throughout the metro."
I already explained it enough with my Reich stalker.
Lolife
"A high-calibre semi-automatic pistol popular with criminals and low-lives; hence its name."
Made with a brickwarriors semi-auto pistol, a brickarms M1911, the magazine of a grease gun, and an MP-40 barrel.
ZSh-1-2M riot helmet
I'd been looking through Detroitika's work and was inspired to make the riot helmet styled like his. Though I instead decided to theme it towards the Metro Spartan Rangers instead.
I'm planning on making a few more variations of these in the future, as well as my own original metro-style weaponry, so stay tuned for that.
