The Anchar Warlock, as he is called by the natives of central Africa, is an elusive man, keeping to himself and his "apprentices" mostly. Though rumors from people who has sought him and returned say hes a bit ... odd. He seems to entertain notions that he is (or should be) the leader of all the African tribes.
