Burning Man is a surreal experience; Having passed the DMV (Department of Mutant Vehicles), this monster crawled out onto the playa.
"Walking Minneapolis" by Daniel Kerkhoff. This is a walk I took from Robbinsdale at Hwy 100 and loosely followed Broadway Ave. thru north Minneapolis. I ended my walk at my cousin's house near Edison High School in northeast Minneapolis. I started the walk around 8:55 am on Monday, Sept. 15, 2014 and finished around 3:10pm. Besides taking photos, i picked up "treasures" along the way. This walk was along a familiar route that I would drive frequently.
THe band of walkers strike across the flanks of Beeley Moor, bracken covers the land green with interspersions of bright pink Rosebay Willowherb!
Get to know Portugal in a different way, exploring this charming country by foot, often walking on Roman paths. Do this immersive complete time travel starting in Marvão and touring through unique 12th Century Historical Villages, like Monsanto, Sortelha, or Idanha-a-Velha, where you can find archaeological remains from the Roman time, Moorish conquered areas and Spanish defensive Castles. Here, people are very friendly and always ready for a chat with foreigners. On this trip you will also hike in two Natural parks by the Douro and Tejo Rivers – the two largest rivers in Portugal. And you can opt to end with an extra full day in the enchanting Lisboa, with its seven hills and typical quarters.

"Walking Staff

The walking staff is made of Sourwood (Oxydendrum arboretum), which is very strong and you cannot hurt it.
At the top of the walking stick Raven is bringing the sun, light, to the world. Beneath him is a labyrinth complete with lunation's top and bottom.
Raven’s journey, as an intermediary between the spiritual and physical worlds, passes thru the labyrinth, dropping feathers as he goes to mark his passage and is transformed into a raven with a message (the Light) now as shown by the scroll he now holds, so that is you.
Lower on the walking stick, just beneath this design, there are some holes to pass a cord thru, to attach some feathers, a sacred object, or small medicine bag of some kind if you want, the holes just make it work better and actually stay put as opposed to just wrapping some cord around the stick.
At the top of the staff, you have an important secret compartment to fill with sacred objects. It is up to you, but you can add things like sweet grass, sage, cornmeal, a raven feather, …anything that you identify with and that is Good Medicine for you and be empowering to have on your walks.
After you fill the hole with what you want, put a little glue on the plug and tap in into place; this will seal these objects into the center of the walking staff."
One of the people working to move Atlantis into its museum walks about to keep watch on both Atlantis and the machine moving it. This is the same guy who saw me taking a picture earlier and briefly stopped checking the orbiter-moving-machine to pose in front of it. The underside of the front of Atlantis is visible.

Walking alone always have our freedom way to go and enjoyable without any one who will direct you to the wrong way. However, when you walking with a group of members and you felt that you was alone and follow the wrong direction and accuse. End up, we still have accept all the good or bad thing happened to us because we already choose this way to live.
