I have no idea where this came from. I just thought of someone waking up and looking into the other person's eyes.

Took this photo while on an early morning train ride through the Swiss Alps. Was sleeping and when I saw the sun rising, quickly opened my eyes, took a couple shots, and went back to sleep. Although I was initially disappointed to find all my photos out of focus with the dirty window in focus, I've since grown to like this shot, as I feel it captures and describes those first few seconds that follow the moment when we open our eyes in the morning.

since i'm now grounded for three weeks, expect more of these.

unfortunately, my camera battery died, waking up the cat. I was trying to take a pic of how she had her legs dangling out while asleep. But her just woke up face is also adorable.
