Are three shots from the exact same place good enough---forever? I know, I know, but it's just that I had this frame that I passed over for another several months ago when I uploaded "Night Hive" (color) to go with the other two blue hour shots (found in "Hive" set to the right). So, as busy as I am right now, here's a black and white conversion of this view of Vallejo St. and San Francisco's simple, yet elegant skyline, as seen from North Beach.

Z564-07 at the interchange of Wheeling and Lake Erie and CSX in Connellsville. They had some tank cars for the yard, which is the only product W&LE brings to Connellsville anymore. The three gondolas with gravel are buffer cars. Better to be safe than sorry, I suppose. W&LE 6995 SD40-2 is former CEFX 2813, UP 2813, UP 4763. and built as SP 5304 SD39 in August 1971.

After the Chicago Cubs' World Series win, (a sentence that still sounds strange in my head!) CTA wrapped four 5000-series cars with a celebratory design, and months later, they're still running up and down the Red Line. Car 5695 leads the consist south past Wellington station on a 95th-bound run, (with the motorman hamming it up a bit) while a Loop-bound Purple Line Express pulls in.
Heading west towards the Bellview Road crossing with a boxcar that will be delivered to Closet Maid company later in the evening.
This SD40-2 is former LTEX 7800/BNSF 7800/BN 7800/CS 930 built in May 1977.

W IX wieku na Górze Zamkowej wzniesiono gród, w późniejszym okresie wielokrotnie rozbudowywany. W drugiej połowie XIII wieku postawiono wieżę, istniejącą do dziś, a w 1349 Król Polski Jan Kazimierz dobudował do niej zamek, którego górna część (po przebudowach) oraz fragmenty dolnych murów dolnej części zachowały się do dziś. Wielokrotnie odbudowywany, swój obecny wygląd zawdzięcza przebudowie neogotyckiej z 1834, oraz pracom rekonstrukcyjnym przeprowadzonym w latach 1952-56.
Castle in Będzin. In the 9th century, a burgh was erected on the Castle Hill, and later expanded many times. In the second half of the 13th century, a tower was erected, which still exists today, and in 1349 the Polish King Jan Kazimierz added a castle to it, the upper part (after reconstruction) and fragments of the lower walls of the lower part have survived to this day. Repeatedly rebuilt, it owes its present appearance to the neo-Gothic reconstruction in 1834, and to the reconstruction works carried out in 1952-56.
