"The line_up is a paperwork series I developed in 2010. the “liners” are made out of paper (Din A4) ,
oil paint and graphite, the theme is the hermetical laws of polarity and movement. There is no ending and no beginning in any direction, just an endless movement. You have the possibility to arrange the papers like you want and that makes it an endless playground for my photo-work and the eyes of the viewers."

A special eastbound "inspection" train stops just before MPC 1 outside of Connellsville. All it had on it was a lone DOTX boxcar. It is now rare to catch any daylight train movements on this line at all.
Hotel W is designed by world-renowned architect Ricardo Bofill, The hotel is located on the beachfront along the famous Barceloneta boardwalk.
Ok, so I don't really know what to say about this one. This is HausW by Kraus Schoenberg Architects. I really like the original. I love the use of glass in the bottom of the house. It gives the house a floating appearance.
However, my version in LEGO does not have the same floating attributes. It just looks lika a block of bricks. I gave a lot of effort to the interior as well. Wich you can't of course see from the outside. Oh well. I just thought I'd put this up here. Here is the LXF if you want to look around in the house: link
N&W 98419 was one of about 1000 such gondolas built by the N&W at Roanoke over a few different lots in the mid to late 1960s given class G12. The cars are very similar to BSC constructed cars owned by fellow RRs B&O and C&O. Some series were built with wooden floors such as this car, while others had steel floors. Some were equipped with cradles and covers for coil steel service among others. This car was photographed at Bellvue yard on November 17th 1985 by John C Benson. JL Sessa collection.
I have chosen this picture to go into my Christmas day album this year in reference to world events and some personal this year. Bagnall built two foot six inch gauge 0-6-2 class W no. 581, works no 2139 of 1920 has come to grief on the turntable at Waghai, the end of the line from Bilimora on the main Bombay to Delhi line in Gujarat, India. Left to rot where it fell some time in 1991, it is interesting to see someone though it prudent to build a buffer stop immediately in front of it. Taken on Christmas day in 1991, the line then used more modern ZB class 2-6-2 locos for the daily return service over the 66km long line, which were too big for the turntable so returned tender first.
Merry Christmas to all and may it be a good year ahead, and don't stop taking the photos!
