Aerial view of Happisburgh Manor or Happisburgh St Marys or Happisburgh August House on the Norfolk coast. Arts and Crafts Movement style, designed by Detmar Blow. The gable ends are decorated with AVE MARIA STELLA MARIS which means Hail Mary Star of the Sea. Built as a seaside retreat for Albermarle Cator in 1900. Once owned by the late Queen Mother's brother, Michael Bowes Lyon.

Built by Douglas Tollemache and opened as the Felix Hotel in 1903. Mrs. Wallis Simpson had her own room here in 1936 whilst awaiting her divorce. The hotel became the Fisons head office in 1952.
