Not my personal favorite. Otherwise I would've been a lot slimmer. Come to think of it, I need to switch from the beer.
I am two days behind, but I plan to make it up. The renovation has been keeping me too busy, and I want to avoid uploading snapshots, if possible.

Today was Hedgerow Vodka day. Take 75cl of the cheapest vodka available and split between two bottles. Add a small amount of sugar which will initially sink to the bottom. Next add whatever hedgerow fruits are available. In this case it was sloes, blackberries, elderberries and rose hips but with an emphasis of about 50% on the sloes.
After the commemorative photo, the bottles were gently shaken and that will happen again every couple of days for the next few weeks. By then the sugar will be completely dissolved and the vodka will have taken on a deep maroon colour.
Leave to mature and two bottles of the warming drink will be ready for the cold of winter 2021 - 2022.
PS : This winter's bottles of Sloe Gin have now matured for a year and are ready to enjoy when the frosts arrive!

Now in its ninth year, Latke Vodka returns to the Royal Oak Music Theatre, on November 30th from 9 p.m. to 2. a.m. The headlining band, Collision Six, will provide a full evening of entertainment – with a full bar, delicious latkes and other kosher holiday fare.
This vodka is not infused with raspberries, it is MADE FROM raspberries. At the Hangar One tasting bar. Whorish color, I know. Oh, the background is bokeh'd shane and dottie, along with sundry bottles and glasses on the bar. Just so I don't forget.

Quick tip: When taking photos of snowy and white landscapes like this one, you'll need to set your EV (Exposure Value or Exposure Compensation) to at least +1, or even +2. Your camera's metering is fooled by the white scene and tries to underexpose, this way you'll compensate for that.
