I just received this lens and it was in immaculate condition and I think the images it produces are stellar. Quite a bargain price also I might add, Even came with original leather case. No fungus or scratches. Lens looks new.
These beautiful autumn leaves are at the height of their color at this point. Now they will lose all their vibrance and start to fall. So beautiful while it lasted.

When my mother arrived in Canada as an immigrant, she landed in Halifax. As she took the train from there to Toronto, in December of 1958, all she saw of the countryside was snow, snow and more snow. She was certain she'd arrived in Siberia. I see this picture and I wonder how these folks managed the harsh conditions.
I can't believe I live here.

There is no numeric one or exclamation mark - quite common on older portables - in order to save space.
People would use the l key and a combination of . backspace ' instead.

G'day everyone, just a small setup, nothing entirely special.. I just like to break up my client work by putting in small posts here & there.. Which would give you an idea that I've got some client content coming very soon! - I suppose the purpose behind these small creations is to give you guys, the ability to be inspired to create small scenes, to experiment and learn about decorating, you don't need to have a cluttered space to be homely, theirs many ways to make a space look comfortable without looking over done, perhaps you'll feel inspired by this and want to use this layout for your own home as an addition? :)
I'm currently in the middle of working on some large scaled projects with clients and very busy with real life, so I'm currently not taking on anymore client work until my list goes down a little bit, thanks for understanding!

Love all the faces in this one, but especially the couple in the background. No spring chickens, but still full of spring fever.
The lead three cars, from the early 1930's, round the top of Charlie's whilst battling for the lead of the Williams Trophy Race. They would remain close for most of the race and were covered by just over 2 seconds at the finish.

The camera: BALDUR-1 (1933/34) German box camera.
The story: an old German camera used by the Hitlerjugend.
In January 1945, the German army made a last and desperate attempt to recover Budapest from Székesfehérvár (Konrad-3 operation.) The 3d company of the 3d SS armoured battalion lost also very young soldiers among their military losses in Martonvásár (exactely halfway between Székesfehérvár and Budapest). This camera had been laying in an attic in Martonvásár since 1945 until a friend of mine (József Pammer) found it.
I failed to get information on this beautiful car. It was off by itself too, which made for an easier presentation and edit! I hope Jeff sees this photo and can help me with ID!
