Europe, The Netherlands, Zuid Holland, Rotterdam Zuid,, Bower vine (slightly cut)
Here in Holand, we call this 'trompletbloem' (Pandorea jasminoides). Behind it the plane trees of our dike. "It is a woody climber with pinnate leaves that have three to nine egg-shaped leaflets, and white or pink trumpet-shaped flowers that are red and hairy inside." Source Wiki.
We imported this one from the Sotavento some 8 years ago and it's going strong. Ah, the changing climate...
A Bower vine flower is here.

Campsis (Trumpet Creeper ‘Madame Galen’, Trumpet Vine ‘Madame Galen’).
It is a charming hybrid between Campsis radicals (American Trumpet Vine) and Campsis grandiflora (Chinese Trumpet Vine).
It produces trumpet-shaped, orange to red flowers up to 3 in (8 cm) long that appear in loose clusters of 6 to 12. It is a woody, clinging, perennial vine that attaches itself to structures and climbs vigorously with aerial roots like those of ivy. It bears dark-green deciduous leaves, 8–12 in (20–30 cm) long. Its flowers are very attractive to bees, butterflies and birds.

In the old city center of Maribor, also called Lent, in front of the House of the Oldest Grapevine, grows over 450-year-old Žametovka or Modra kavčina vine variety. It is included in the Guinness Book of Records as the oldest grapevine in the world, which still bears fruit annually.
The Oldest Grapevine was planted by the end of the Middle Ages when the Turks sieged Maribor. It survived despite the wrathful battles around it since it was once part of the city walls. Even the fires in the late Middle Ages could not destroy it, not even the vine louse, which caused most of the vineyards in Europe to wither, nor the allied bombing of the city.
Its descendants grow on almost every continent and in many Slovenian cities and towns. To honor the Oldest Grapevine, several scenic wine roads were created, and numerous wineries in Maribor and its surrounding regions were established.

umKhuze had massive rains after a long drought and when we arrived a few weeks later the place was teeming with butterflies..... so somehow they had the timing right.
Vines Lake is one of many along the Stewart-Cassiar Highway in northern British Columbia, Canada. I really like aptly named Needlepoint Mountain in the background which looks smaller through the drone's wideangle lens. The foreground island is unnamed.
