my parents, aunt, cousins and gramma came to visit our new place for the first time this weekend (on two separate visits) - my mom brought my this beautiful Willow Tree angel, the 8th in my collection, Bloom - my gramma brought me this cute little teapot which coordinated perfectly and created (along with a vintage vase passed down from my great-grandma via my mom) the perfect spring vignette on the top of my shelf

I'm a little obsessed with vignetting lately.

D1x and 50mm f1.2 and a closeup lens +3 ... the 3200 iso setting on the camera is perfectly useable as shown here ... just need to se-saturate the blue channel.

This part is in my kitchen. In 1917 my apartment was a rooftop hotel ballroom, so there are acres of this flooring - now sun-bleached in patterns to match the windows. Looks like maple to me.

A lovely old Dawes bike I came across outside the Arnolfini. Had to be discreet as its owner was sitting a few feet away.

Update: He is a Seraphim pigeon. I thought he looked like a little Angel!

This is the same shot as the infrared earlier in the series, but with no IR treatment. Shot with a Lensbaby Composer, plastic optic, starburst aperture. Cropped, slightly desaturated, slightly vignetted.
