Ich liebe diesen Blick, wenn ich auf dem höchsten Punkt der Wasserkuppe bin und ich rundherum einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Landschaft, Täler und Hügel habe.
Am 30.11.2019 hatten wir den ersten Schneefall im Tal, was bedeutet, oben auf der Wasserkuppe ist noch mehr Schnee.
Voller Freude fuhr ich los am nächsten Tag, in der Hoffnung einige Fotos von der Winterlandschaft zu machen.
Im Tal war der Schnee schon weg, also schwand meine Hoffnung. Tatsächlich waren nur noch einige Schneereste zu sehen. Leider.
Ich hoffe, der Winter kommt bald, aber es wird jedes Jahr etwas weniger.

I love this view when I am at the highest point of the Wasserkuppe and I have a breathtaking view of the landscape, valleys and hills all around.
On November 30th, 2019 we had the first snowfall in the valley, which means there is more snow on top of the Wasserkuppe.
I drove off the next day full of joy, hoping to take some photos of the winter landscape.
The snow was already gone in the valley, so my hope faded. In fact, only a few pieces of snow were left. Unfortunately.
I hope winter is coming soon, but it gets a little less every year.

Looking at this flower from the stem to the ruffles of the petals gives me a sense of a bug's eye view.

The Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge offers amazing 360 degree views of the area, both up to the high alpine of the mountains above and down to Howe Sound below.

At Mittelallalin (3445 m - 11302 ft), end of the "Alpin metro", the view is fantastic, whichever way you turn!

In a small forest, on Grodno Hill (504 m above sea level), there is a hunting lodge built in 1806, named after its owner and founder, Prince Henry's Castle (German: Heinrichsburg).
The construction work took a long time - in 1818 a tower was erected more than 15 metres high with a 77-step staircase leading to the top. Construction was completed in 1841 and the building, topped by a gabled roof, housed the knights' Hunting Hall.
The palace's neo-Gothic form was extremely fashionable at the time, an expression of a sentimental predilection for composing atmospheric places full of poetic symbolism. The creation of the tower was probably due to the jealousy of Henrik von Reuss towards the ancestral Chojnik castle of the Schaffgotschs.
From the top of the tower, there is a breathtaking view of almost the entire Krkonoše range (from Sněžka to Snowy Cirques) and surrounding towns
Its a stunning view from Fleetwith Pike, watching the sunset I wondered how many people over the years had stood in this spot and enjoyed the same scene. Appreciating the absolute beauty of places we live gives an enormous sense of wellbeing, probably the main reason I walk and take pictures.
A lovely trip on the Schafberg mountain cog-steam railway in Austria, with stunning views when you reach the top. HFF.

Criccieth is a town and community on the Llŷn Peninsula in the Eifionydd area of Gwynedd in Wales. The town lies 5 miles west of Porthmadog, 9 miles east of Pwllheli and 17 miles south of Caernarfon. It had a population of 1,826 in 2001, reducing to 1,753 at the 2011 census.
The difference between the morning temperature and the midday one is very huge!
